The Recession and the West Country?

Following official announcements that the UK is formerly out of recession, what is happening in the West Country and what does this mean to our local businesses?Keith Pett of Kellock & Johnson Solicitors, who specialise in offering legal assistance to businesses in the South West, has witnessed strong signs that a recovery, in the small business sector, is on its way.

Boasting close links with banks, professional organisations and agricultural managers, Keith Pett is reporting a more relaxed approach to their lending policy and confirms that there now seems to be a more positive outlook on the small business sector, which will further fuel the local economy.  It can only be good news for the small business owner in the county.

And because Kellock & Johnson have always been actively interested in small businesses, they are in tune with their precise needs and so have recently adjusted their small business package to take these announcements into account.

A dedicated range of services have been combined to create an all-encompassing solution for the small business owner that is designed to take into account everything a new and/or expanding business should be considering.  From acquiring premises, setting up a company or partnership to drawing up contracts and agreements, and even the proprietor’s personal affairs such as making a will, Kellock and Johnson are able to offer the best possible advice.

Keith Pett says “The signs of recovery are looking good and whilst we have a long way to go,  I am confident this is the beginning of better times for the small business owner.  As we, at Kellock & Johnson, appreciate that every business is different,  we are able to offer legal support that meets our clients’ exact requirements and support their business as it grows”.
